Cancellation Policy

PLEASE note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy! No shows will result in a 100% charge for the appointment. This is non refundable and non transferrable. Late cancellations with communication are still subject to 100% charge but will be allowed to transfer partial credit of 50% to their rescheduled appointment. We understand emergencies happen (we have them too) so please communicate with us as soon as possible so we can prevent the automated charge in time as we have a no refund policy once this has processed.
